Summary:
Sidebar options are disappearing when clicking exactly in the Basic and Properties strings.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to System Settings > Forms > Enable the experimental interface;
2. Go to Content > Forms;
3. Click to add a New Form;
4. Add a Text Field;
5. Click in the added field to open the Sidebar;
6. Try to click exactly in the Basic and Properties strings (observe that the options are  disappearing - ISSUE).
7. Try to click on the border of the Basic and Properties fields (observe that the options are appearing)

Expected result:
Sidebar options should appear regardless of where the user clicks in the Basic and Properties tabs.

Actual result:
Sidebar options are disappearing when clicking exactly in the Basic and Properties strings.
