      Description

      Summary:
      Header and footer are having strange behaviors when clicking exactly in the Form and Rules strings

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to System Settings > Forms > Enable the experimental interface;
      2. Go to Content > Forms;
      3. Click to add a New Form;
      4. At the Form/Rules section/tab, try to click exactly in the Form or Rules strings;
      5. Alternate between the two tabs to see that header and footer are having not expected behaviors in the sections/tabs;
      6. Repeat the steps 4-5 clicking in the Form/Rules strings from different start points (when the user is on Form or Rules tab).

      Expected result:
      Header and footer should not be mixed when clicking exactly in the Form and Rules strings.

      Actual result:
      Header and footer are having strange behaviors when clicking exactly in the Form and Rules strings

      • If the user start point is on Form tab and clicks in the Form string: the header and footer will be shown in the Rules tab/section (ISSUE).
      • If the user start point is on Form tab and clicks in the Rules string: the header and footer will disappear in Form tab/section (ISSUE).
      • If the user start point is on Rules tab and clicks in the Rules string: the header and footer will disappear in Form tab/section (ISSUE).
      • If the user start point is on Rules tab and clicks in the Forms string: the header and footer will be shown in the Rules tab/section (ISSUE).

      Summary of the actual result:

      • Regardless of the user's starting point (Form or Rules tab), if the user clicks on Form string: the header and footer will be shown in the Rules tab (ISSUE).
      • Regardless of the user's starting point (Form or Rules tab), if the user clicks on Rules string: the header and footer will disappear in both tabs (ISSUE).
