      Description

      Liferay's repo is extremely complicated and slow. This epic will focus on improving the developer experience when trying to build liferay-portal.

      We will attempt to make the following improvements

      • Upgrade portal to the latest Gradle version
      • Improve build times
      • Lower the complexity of the build
