As a site admin I would like the ability to change a private page into a public page via a toggle in page configuration

Simply, the ability to move a page from being private to being a public page without having to rely on workarounds would hold significant value for the site admin. Currently there is no way to move pages and created web content on those pages between /group and /web or visa versa.
