Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a 6.2 bundle
2. Add a asset publisher to page
3. Add a web content via AP
4. Click web content's tile to see the detail,
5. Check the taglib-social-bookmarks: taglib-social-bookmark-twitter, taglib-social-bookmark-facebook, taglib-social-bookmark-plusone
6. Stop 6.2 bundle
7. Set the upgrade tool and upgrade to 7.0
8. Go to asset publisher, click into the title, check the taglib-social-bookmarks

Actual result:
The UI is same as 6.2, there's no share button to choose.

Expected result:
There is a share button, the UI upgraded from 6.2 is same as 7.0.
