Description
The dropdown actions to move a specific WC to the Recycle Bin no longer work. The management toolbar still works as intended.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a WC
2. Move the WC to the Recycle Bin via dropdown action (see attachment for details if needed)

Expected Result

1. WC moved to Recycle Bin with no error message

Actual Result

1. WC not moved to Recycle bin and an error message appears

Tested on Tomcat 9.0.10 + MySQL 5.7
