Reintroduce Web Content Display - View History option

In 6.2, editing a Web Content from the Web Content Display Portlet displayed a toolbar in the edit modal. This was: Basic Preview, Permissions and View History.

However since 7.0, the edit popup modal doesn't have this toolbar anymore.

Permissions are now available in the Web Content's ellipse menu, or the Web Content Display Portlet's header dropdown menu. Based on that, should the View History follow this implementation?

 

Expected: WCD to provide easy access to the View History feature.

Actual: WCD has no way to show the displayed content's History.
