Reproduction Steps:

0.) Start the server.

1.) Deploy the latest Adaptive Media plugin from the Marketplace for the required bundle version.

2.) When the system has started, navigate to Control Panel -> Configuration → Adaptive Media, here add a new Image Resolution with Max Width (px) 1117.

3.) Create a new site and to a new page add a Documents and Media portlet.

4.) Drag and drop to the portlet the image (Master-Image) attached to this LPP.

Result: Check the following paths:

• Liferay-HOME\data\document_library\20115\20142\101\ has the original image size and better quality

• Liferay-HOME\data\document_library\20115\0\adaptive\sebi\20142\20142\34732\34733\ has a resized image that has a lower quality
