Ordering Metadata Sets does not work when ordering by metadata id.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Site > Content > Documents and Media > Metadata Sets
2. Click on Add icon to add a new metadata set
3. You can add different metadata fields by drag and dropping them to the builder. Save.
4. Add up to 3 different metadata sets, and name each in order (metadata set A, metadata set B, metadata set C).
5. Click filter and order button option. From the drop down menu, select ID.
6. Click arrow ascending and descending button.

Expected Result:
Should shift the order of Metadata ID names from metadata set -A B, C to C,B,A.

Actual Result:
No change. Does not change neither ascending and descending list order.
