Steps to reproduce:

1. Start up Liferay and go to IE11
2. Go to blogs and create a new blog
3. Add an image in the content box
4. Upload a correct format image

 Expected Results:
The selected image upload succeed and display at content field.

Actual Results:
Pop up an alert message: Please enter a file with a valid extension (.gif,.jpeg,.jpg,.png).
