When Bulk Editing DM tags, the tag is not applied unless comma/enter is added; success message is displayed but no tag

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add multiple DM assets
2. Select all
3. Click on Kebab icon > Edit tags
4. Add one tag
   • Don't press enter
   • Don't add a comma
5. Save

Expected result:
Tag gets added and Success message is displayed

Actual result:
Tag DOES NOT get added because the user did not enter or add a comma.
Success message is displayed
