New Search retains old current page

New searches should reset the current page, but they don't.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create 30 Web Content Articles with 2 shared words in common
2. Go to the Home Page and Search for the 1st shared word
3. Go to the second page of results
4. Search for the 2nd shared word

Expected Result: The 1st page of results for the second shared word should display.
Actual Result: The 2nd page of results for the second shared word should display.

Note: Even a new search for the same word should reset the current page. Also, this appears to be working correctly inside of the admin portlet. (Go to Content > Web Content and follow the same steps)

Also, it's possible that the page delta should reset, however I believe not resetting the delta is the preferred behavior.
