Web content articles disappear temporarily after changing a site's language back to english

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.10 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master GIT ID: c8a8cc01b1214ea8b343c34f8b1cccc431d94bd9.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a web content article
2. Change the site's language to Spanish directly from the URL (type "/es" before "/group");
3. Click on the "Display the page in English (United States)" message that appears in the box at the bottom of the page.

Expected result:
The page changes back to English and the web content article is still there.

Actual result:
The web content article isn't there anymore. User needs to navigate back to Content > Web Content
