Site Navigation Breadcrumb is not displaying the selected style after saving changes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the breadcrumb to a page
2. Go to configuration and select as Display Template 'Arrows' (the preview displays Pills )
3. Save (the preview displays 'Arrows' )
4. Close the configuration or reload the page (the style is Pills )

Note Pills does not exist as Display template.
