Steps to reproduce

1. Add Widget
2. Add Blog
3. Create a new entry (Display Template: Cards)
4. Hover in message icon and in share icon

Description

No tooltips when hover in this two icons (message, share)

Current behavior

Tooltips do not appear when you hover in the message and share icons.

Expected behavior

It is expected that when you pass the cursor over these two icons and its corresponding tooltip appears.
