Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Content --> Documents and Media and add a basic document
2. Go to "My Profile" and add the activities portlet to the page.
3. Change the system date to 1/2/2020

Results of Testing

Expected Results: Since the activity from the activities portlet is from the previous year, it should show the year in the date
Actual Results: Since the activity from the activities portlet is within a year's time, it does not show the year in the date.
