Web content translations won't save properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a 7.0.x bundle 
2. Go to Control Panel > Instance Settings. Select the Miscellaneous tab.
3. Set French as the portal's default language
4. Make sure that the user's language is English
5. Create a web content article, write french in the content for the default (French) language
6. Add an English translation, write "english" in the content
7. Publish
8. Open the web content and switch between the translations

Expected behavior: The previously set content appear for the translations when you are clicking on them

Actual behavior: The french version's content gets overwritten by the english translation
