Steps to reproduce:

1. Install vanilla Liferay 70x
2. Login and navigate to Web Content administration
3. Add new Basic Web Content
4. Fill in Title and content fields in default language
5. Add Translation
6. Fill Title and clear the content field
7. Switch to default language
8. Switch back to the translation you created earlier

Expected behavior: The content field is empty

Actual behavior: The content from default language appears in content field
