Adding a comment automatically subscribes a user to the comment thread

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an asset
2. Add a comment to an asset

Expected result:
The user is not subscribed to the asset comments. Subscribing should always be an explicit action. This is the behavior in 7.1.

Actual result:
The user is automatically subscribed to the asset comments.
If he unsubscribes from the comments and adds another comment, he is once again subscribed.

Tested with DM, Blogs.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.10 + MySQL 5.7.
