Management toolbar needs to contextualize message when one item is selected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a DM widget
2. Add a document
3. Select the document
4. Assert management toolbar appears

Expected result:
Since one item is selected, the info message should use a singular (not plural) noun.

1 of 1 item selected. or 1 item selected.

Actual result:

All 1 items selected. displays. This is grammatically incorrect.

In other Collab widgets (Blogs, Bookmarks, Message Boards, Wiki) 1 of 1 items selected. should be changed to 1 of 1 item selected.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.10 + MySQL 5.7.
