      Description

      Summary:

      Using apostrophe( ' ) or quotation marks( " ) in Form title or description will appear as HTML encoding.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to System Settings > Forms > Enable the experimental interface;
      2. Go to Content > Forms;
      3. Click to add a New Form;
      4. Add an apostrophe( ' ) or quotation marks( " ) in Form title or description
      5. Add any field 
      6. Save Form 
      7. Attempt to go back to all the Forms by clicking "<" in the top left (NOTE: When leaving Edit Form to view all Forms, a prompt will appear about unsaved changes even after successfully saving)
      8. Click to stay
      9. Save Form
      10. Click "<" to go back 

      Expected Result:

      An apostrophe or quotation mark will show in Form title or description

      (NOTE: When attempting to leave Edit Form first time, clicking to leave instead of stay will show apostrophe and quotation mark correctly)
