Workflow designer may incorrectly assign the description of one notification to another if not all notifications have a description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a new workflow
      2. Choose the Start Node
      3. On its properties, double click on Notifications
      4. In the popup form the opens, fill both Name and Description fields with "A"
      5. Still in the popup that opens, click on Add Section
      6. In the new section of the form that appears, fill both Name and Description fields with "B"
      7. Click on Save
      8. Go to Source tab
      9. Find <description>A</description> and delete it
      10. Go to Diagram tab
      11. Go to Source tab again

      Actual result

      <description>B</description> can be found in the place where <description>A</description> used to be (right below <name>A</name>)

      Expected result

      No description tag should be added (it's allowed by the schema definition)
