Unable to access edit blog through kebab menu using keyboard only

Steps to reproduce:

(NOTE: Only using keyboard)

1. Go to Content > Blogs
2. Add Blog Entry
3. Enter all required fields > Publish
4. Go to the kebab menu next to newly created blog (Should see Edit, Permissions, and Move to Recycle Bin)
5. Attempt to Edit

Expected Result:

User will be redirected to edit the blog

(NOTE: Can still edit blog by going to the title of the blog rather than edit on kebab)

Actual Result:

Pressing enter on Edit does not redirect user to edit blog
