A user can select all items in DM without having to navigate through the paginations

This test asserts that a user can click on checkbox in the management toolbar and click on Select All link to select all documents in every page. It asserts that all documents are deleted, not only the ones that are on the current page.

Test steps:

1. Add eight documents in DM
2. Restrict pagination to five
3. Assert only five entries appear in root
4. Click on checkbox in toolbar to select all entries on the page
5. Click on Select All in the management toolbar
6. Assert eight items are selected
7. Click delete
8. Assert all eight items are deleted successfully
