      Description

Business systems dealing with currency, sooner or later, will have rounding problems with floating point arithmetic. One can imagine, for example 2000 items in an invoice, calculating VAT for each one and calculating final VAT for the total amount of the invoice. There's a significant risk of the two totals being different because of small rounding errors. That's why business programming languages since COBOL had non-floating point decimal datatypes and that's why we need Service Builder to deal with BigDecimal and the adequate SQL types.

This issue is a remake of LEP-841 and LPS-15233, one forgotten and the other closed without solution.
