Steps to Reproduce:
1) Live- Open incognito window: URL: 127.0.0.1:9080
2) Remote- Open incognito window: localhost:8080
3) Go to Live site. Create a new site. Note: the Live site id to use in step#6.
4) Go to Remote site. Control Panel>Site. Create a new site.
5) In Remote site. Go to Administration> Publishing> Staging. Select Remote Live.
6) Enter Remote Live Connection Settings
- Remote Host/IP: 127.0.0.1
- Remote Port: 9080
- Remote Site ID: (Live site id#)
7) Check box. Use a secure network connection.
8) Staged Contents. Check box, Select all.
9) Save.
