Select folder's table needs alignment and text changes

Steps to reproduce

1. Add Media Gallery Widget
2. Add a folder
3. Go to Configuration >Setup and active "show actions"
4. Go to the folder and in kebab menu click on "move"
5. Click on select

Description

Some texts and alignments should be change.

The button's text doesn't follow the lexicon suggestions

The alignment of the numeric columns is wrong

Current behavior

 

Expected behavior

1. Change "Choose" by "Select"
2. Numeric column should be right align https://www.lexicondesign.io/docs/patterns/Table/table.html
3. Remove " # of " from the titles of the columns
