Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Control Panel -> Users -> Roles and create new a Regular Role
2. Navigate to Control Panel -> Users and Organizations -> Organizations tab and create a new Regular Organization
3. Navigate to Control Panel -> Users -> Roles -> Edit Newly Created Role -> Assignees tab -> Organizations sub tab
4. Assert that the newly created Organization is listed but it has not been assigned to this role yet and trying to remove it from the role does not work.
