Description
As a process manager, I want to be able to see an item detail page.
Process item = process instance
Acceptance Criteria
- At the items table, users should be able to click on process ID column and open a modal for the respective item;
- The item modal should place an icon before the modal title referring to the SLA status: On Time, Overdue or No SLA;
- The Due Date by SLA will group SLAs into Open or Resolved and provide a summary for the total number of entries for each group next to the section title:
- "Open" means an active SLA target whose metric has not yet been completed;
- Each due date will have an icon according to the status (On Time or Overdue), SLA name, due date and remaining time;
- When an SLA is paused, the SLA status will be related to the moment when it triggered the pause timer;
- Instead of due date, the UI will inform "(SLA Paused)" sentence next to the SLA name;
- "Resolved" is one whose metric has been completed;
- Each due date will have an icon according to the status (On Time or Overdue), SLA name, due date and resolution status (resolved on time or overdue);
- When one of the sections has no entries, the title should be removed completely (example: if there are only open SLAs and no resolved, the resolved section should not appear on the page);
- "Open" means an active SLA target whose metric has not yet been completed;
- An item should be considered overdue if it has at least one SLA overdue, regardless if it is resolved or open;
- When an item is completed:
- The icon on modal title will keep informing the item status (On Time, Overdue, No SLA), but should be styled in grey color (as specified on Figma);
- The summary section should hide the info "Current Step" and replace it with "End Date";
- The Go to submission page button should open the submission page in another tab;
- On hover, there should be a tooltip saying "Open page in new tab".
Definitions of Done
- Related tests created and passed successfully;
- All Acceptance Criteria were passed;
- Make sure that all system documentation were updated (if necessary);
- Validated by QA, Product Designer and/or PM;
- No critical issue related to Story scope (ex.: similar of a FP4, FP5 bug);
- Code with peer review completed.
