Invalid file type XML can upload to Blog import

Steps:

1) Go to site>Blogs (Home) >Kebab> Export/Import > Import tab> New import process.
2) Click on box- Select file. Select an XML file.
2) Imported an XML file type.

 

Expected Result: XML file type import should not allow upload.

Actual Result: Failed. Uploaded successfully.

 

Environment:

Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS+Tomcat 9.0.10+MySQL5.7
