Cannot receive custom name and email address in blog notification email.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Add users emails [email protected] (receive email); [email protected] (send emails).
2) Go Administration> Content&Data> Blog>Kebab>Configuration.
3) Configuration> Email from >Enter fields. Name: BloggerLC Email address: [email protected]
4) Add a blog entry so that another user can subscribe to blog entry comments.
5) Receive a gmail email notification in liferay.qa2 at gmail.com.

Expected Results:

To configure and receive an email with sender custom name as Joe Bloggs and email address [email protected]

Actual Results:

Failed. The name was not showing the custom name entered as BloggerLC. Received email name was still as Joe Bloggs and email address [email protected]
