Editing URL breaks Asset Publisher portlet

Reproduction

1. Create a basic web content.
2. Add Asset Publisher to any page.
3. Click on the created web content.
4. URL should look like this: http://localhost:8080/web/guest/home/-/asset_publisher/COgT42cnzgkx/content/TITLE?_com_liferay_asset_publisher_web_portlet_AssetPublisherPortlet
5. Change the title in the URL to anything else.
6. Submit URL in browser.

Expected Result: Session Message alerting the user of the invalid URL/title.

Actual Result: Asset Publisher is temporarily unavailable.
