Membership role assignation order feature not working

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Memberships
• Member
• Assign site roles

In the modal the site roles are displayed.

• The filter and order dropdown is useless as it only has one option for filter and one option for order. It can be removed.
• The order feature doesn't work. When I click the button the dataset below doesn't get sorted.
