Untranslated fragment occurrences don't show the original texts, which prevents translators to know if there is a translation for it

      Description

      • In a site with all languages enabled, ensure you are navigating in en_US
      • Create a standard page. Add a 3 card deck fragment to it
      • Edit the top-left card title, write "Top-left"
      • Using the language selector, select es_ES to start translating the page
      • Edit top left card title and write "Izquierda". Edit center card title and write "Centro". Publish the page
      • Access the page using /es in the URL, and enable edit mode again
      • In the selector language, click on en-US flag

Observed: center card title (which is untranslated for en_US) is displayed in es_ES

Expected: center card title is displayed as it was originally defined in the fragment (e.g. like the right card) so that translators can know that element is not yet translated. In general, page should look like as accessed using en_US/ in the URL
