Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Documents and Media and add an item
2. Refresh the page
3. Select the item and click on "Edit Tags" icon in the management toolbar
4. Add a tag

Expected result:

• Tag is added successfully. If the modal is opened again the tag is present

Current result:

• Tag is not added
