Summary:

Help text remains on field when changing field type to Paragraph

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to System Settings > Forms > Enable Experimental Interface
2. Go to Content & Data > Forms
3. Add a new Form
4. Add any field except Paragraph
5. Add a help text
6. Change field type to Paragraph

Expected Result:

Help text is not shown on field

Actual Result:

Help text is shown on field
