Steps to reproduce

In 7.0.x and 7.1.x:

1. Create a new web content structure with several html fields.
2. Create an associate template.
3. In a given page, add a Web Content Display.
4. On the Web Content Display, click on the "plus" button to add a new web content for the structure created above.
5. On one of the html, use the Alloy Editor "plus" button to add an image. (Add an image to Documents and Media if needed.)
6. Select the added image.
   Expected: The image toolbar for the image is located right at the top of the image.
   Observed: The image toolbar for the image is located some distance above the image.

Note: This is issue cannot be reproduce in master with these steps because there the edition view is not open in POP_UP mode. It can be opened in POP_UP mode using the Product Navigation Control Menu and the dropdown menu "Add New" (just go to the "plus" button on the top right corner of a page, go to Content and click on "Add New"). However, the issue is not reproduce anyway. Also, after LPS-93008 adding assets via "Add New" will not be opened in POP_UP mode any longer.
