Reproduction steps:

1. Add DM portlet on one page
2. Add two folders named f1 and f2
3. Add a file into both two folders with same name
4. Go to f1 and try to move the file into f2

Expected Results: Unable to move the same name file into f2, two messages show and one fail message to tell user why it failed: The folder you selected already has an entry with this name. Please select a different folder.
Actual Results: Unable to move the same name file into f2, only one fail message shows: Error:Your request failed to complete., no details message to tell user why it failed.
