• Create some Workflows
• Create some SLAs
• Create some records in the SLAs

Step-by-Step:

1. Go to Control Panel > Workflow > Metrics
2. Try the search for anything
3. Access the SLA page of this item OR enter on this item
4. Press back icon

Actual result:
The search field disappears with the term that was searched.

Expected:
The search field keep the term that was searched
