Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Log in to portal
2. Allow session to timeout
3. View session timeout alert

Expected result: Close icon is inline with and to the right of the message in the alert
Actual result: Close icon is above message on the top-left corner of the alert

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 8.0
