Summary:

Hovering over the down arrow for Find a Page, it displays in English, and when clicking on the down arrow, it shows the Pages Finder and search box in English.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Control Menu, hover over the down arrow next to Widget Page
2. Click on the down arrow

Expected Result:

All options translated in Japanese

Actual Result:

Certain options remain on English
