      Description

      Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master GIT ID: e355f1998e816c4b1373099671519851f122baf0.

I am not able to reproduce this if I first publish the page and then select the web content article in the view mode of the page.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a web content article
      2. Add a content page
      3. Add a web content display widget to the content page
      4. Click the cog > select the web content article
      5. Publish the page
      6. Click the pencil icon to edit the page
      7. Delete the web content display widget
      8. Publish the page
      9. View the usages of the web content article

      Expected result:
      There are no usages.

      Actual result:
The usages are still there. (There are actually 2 usages because of LPS-93993).
