This task involves upgrading from version 4.1.9.RELEASE to 5.2.2.RELEASE of the Spring Framework.

In the case of the spring-orm dependency, the upgrade can only go as high as 4.3.23.RELEASE since support for Hibernate 3 was dropped from version 5.x of the Spring Framework.

Regarding Spring Portlet MVC, it will be necessary to migrate from spring-webmvc-portlet-4.3.22.RELEASE.jar to com.liferay.portletmvc4spring.framework-5.2.0.jar
