After LPS-93961, user has lost the ability to join and leave sites

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click User avatar icon > My Dashboard

Before LPS-93961 (See point #4 in that ticket), the "My Sites" widget was present, and the user could use it to search for and join/leave sites. However, the "My Sites" widget was intentionally removed as part of LPS-93961.

Now, there is no way for a user to do that.
