Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Content > Forms
- Add a new Form
- Add any 2 fields
- Go to Rules Tab
- Add a new Rule
- Select a field
Expected Result:
Allowed to choose an option to finish Rules Form
Actual Result:
Options after selecting a field is unavailable to be selected
