Test steps:

1. Add a document with a category and tag
2. Select document
3. Click "Edit tag"
4. Assert "Edit tags" appears in the modal
5. Assert radio button "Append" is now "Edit" and the description is "Add new tags or remove common tags"
6. Assert text under "Replace" button is "These tags replace all existing tags"
7. Exit modal
8. Click "Edit Categories"
9. Assert "Edit Categories" appears in the modal
10. Assert radio button "Append" is now "Edit" and the description is "Add new categories or remove common categories"
11. Assert radio button "Append" is now "Edit" and the description is "These categories replace all existing categories"
