Cannot map display pages to assets because subtype dropdown does not appear

    Details

      Description

      Reproduced on:
Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7. Portal master GIT ID: 3a4a84b94041c44461041d6df24a154ba0b90fbe.
      Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7. Portal 7.2.x GIT ID: 53c0e6a6f073e5c94619663ebdfaf595b3e09388.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Site Builder > Pages > Display Page Templates
      2. Create a display page
      3. Click the "Mapping" tab in the sidebar
      4. Select "Web Content Article" in the Content Type selector.

      Expected result:
A selector for the asset subtype appears (e.g. one that has "Basic Web Content")

      Actual result:
No additional dropdown appears, and the user is unable to save the mapping. There is a browser error when the mapping UI comes up.

Warning: Error: Invalid state passed to '_mappingTypes'. Validator for _mappingTypes[0] says: "Error: Invalid state passed to '_mappingTypes.id'. Expected type 'string', but received type 'number'. Passed to 'ConnectedComponent'. " Passed to 'ConnectedComponent'.
