      Description

      Summary:
      The Autofill rule is only showing one input dropdown when the Data Provider has some inputs.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Content & Data > Forms;
      2. Go to Data Providers tab > Create a new Data Provider containing more than one Input;
      3. Go to Forms tab > Create a new Form;
      4. Go to Rules tab > Add a new Rule;
      5. At the Input section, select Autofill and then the Data Provider previously created;
      6. Observe that only one Input dropdown is shown.

      Expected result:
      The Autofill rule should show how many Input dropdowns the Data Provider has.

      Actual result:
      The Autofill rule is only showing one input dropdown when the Data Provider has some inputs.
