Steps to Reproduce:
(Make sure browser cache is fully cleared for testing this issue)

1. Change localization to arabic
2. Access control panel and widget panel

Expected Result:
All icons are mirrored correctly and whole page is visible and shifted over correctly when accessing control panel/widget panel

Actual Result:
Icons such as Site Nav cover sticker and Search Icon are not mirrored correctly, and page shifts in wrong direction.

Tomcat 9.0.17 + MySQL 5.7
