Tabs in popups not appears correctly in maximized CKEditor

Reproduction Steps:
0) Configure the portal with CKEditor in portal-ext
1) Deploy the provided CKEditor configurations which add the maximize plugin to the CKEditor
2) Add a Web Content at Main Menu/Content/Web Content 
3) At the same menu click the kabob button (three dots) and select Edit to access the edit modal with CKEditor
4) In the CKEditor, click the 'Maximize' button
5) Click add link

Current behavior:
The tabs in the popup dialog appear outside of the containing element

Expected behavior: 
The tabs located inside the dialog.
